Introduction
An industrial visit to BSL Limited, Bhilwara, was organized by the Department of Management and Commerce on 17th March 2025. A total of 69 students were participated from MBA, BBA, BBA-MBA, B.Com, and M.Com in this visit. The primary objective of the visit was to provide students with practical exposure to industrial operations, manufacturing processes, and corporate functioning in a real-world business environment.
Guidance and Coordination
The visit was conducted under the esteemed guidance of Arpit Maheshwari, Member of BOM. The coordination of the visit was managed by:
- Mr.Vikram Singh Rao (Department of Commerce)
- Dr.PuneetTak (Department of Management)
The visit was facilitated by Mr. Hitesh Sharma (Training Manager, BSL Limited), who provided valuable insights into the company’s training and operational procedures.

The visit commenced with a warm welcome by Mr. Sanjay Tripathi, HR Head, BSL Limited, who delivered an insightful speech on industrial practices, employee management, and career opportunities in the textile sector.
During the visit, students were taken through various departments, including:
- Raw Material Processing Unit: Understanding the sourcing and quality control of raw materials.
- Production and Weaving Department: Observing the weaving process and textile manufacturing techniques.
